Service Information:

• The Starter, Standard, Plus, and Deluxe Volume Based Plans will have their speed reduced (shaped) based on the calendar month billing cycle and automatically shaped for the remainder of the month once the relevant download quota has been reached. Downloads on all speeds on these plans will be reduced to 64kbps when the data usage limit exceeds the limit applicable to each individual plan. Once the rate is reduced, all downloads will be reduced to this speed irrespective of the source. Once your download rate has been reduced, you will receive Unlimited Downloads.
• ^ Lite Plans include 300MB of data. Data is calculated for downloads only. Excess data is charged at 15cents per MB. Lite plans have a minimum contract term of 6 months. Early termination fees apply. Lite plans only available for new Earthlink ADSL customers.
• All of the above plans provided with a dynamic IP
• For the purpose of accounting, 1 MB (MegaByte) is defined as 1,000,000 bytes.

Line Filters:

When you choose an installation method that includes an ADSL modem, we can supply one In-Line Micro filter with the modem. For each phone that is connected to the same line as your ADSL modem, you will need a line filter. E.g., if you have 3 phones in your house connected to the same line as your ADSL modem, you will need to purchase 2 additional in-line filters.
